Is it possible to set up multiple Active Directory domains within one QlikView Server?

Is it possible to connect a QlikView Server to multiple Active Directory domains?

Requirements:

• Domain Trust (see Domains as Units of Trust (Microsoft.com) 
• Correct DNS Forwarders
• An Administrator account for each Active Directory able to look up Users and Groups

Environment:

QlikView 

Resolution:

Each Active Directory needs to be set up under Directory Service Connector in QlikView Management Console with an LDAP path.

1. Open the QlikView Management Console
2. Go to System
3. Go to Setup
4. Open your Directory Service Connector
5. Choose Active Directory
6. Click the green plus icon on the right-hand side
7. Add the additional Path, User Name, and Password of the second domain
   
   
8. Click Apply

Note: These setups may be resource-demanding to the Directory Service Connector (depending on the size of your organisation).
