Office365 Sharepoint: 403 error on treeview (917656 error)

While using the O365 Office Sharepoint connector gives a 403 when accessing the connector.

Resolution

The workaround is giving Full control to the user of the folder where the data resides instead of All sites permission.

Cause 

This is a Microsoft issue. See Setup anonymous access on a Sharepoint 2013 Online list and Access denied. Before opening files in this location.

Hello @Luis_Arocho-LLantin 

I am assisting a colleague with reading files from SharePoint.  He can see these folders/files via the sharepoint interface - edit them, create them.

From QSE SaaS, we only see MS Teams folders - we used both connectors, from SP metadata connector we get this from FolderList

Where General is the MS Teams General channel folder.  Do you think the Full Control is our issue or do you have any other ideas for us? All the best, Adam
