Qlik Databricks connector (Qlik ODBC connector package) missing proxy settings

At the moment the Qlik Databricks connector (Qlik ODBC connector package) UI  does not have any option for proxy settings. 

An according improvement is  on the agenda, however for the time being you can use the advanced parameter section with the following parameters as a workaround:

- UseProxy/1;
- ProxyHost/IP-address;
- ProxyPort/port#;
- if required ProxyUID/username; ProxyPWD/password.
