When upgrading to Qlik Replicate V2022.11 SP03(475),  the correct SCN is not stored when the task is stopped. The task cannot be resumed due to the wrong SCN captured.

This is impacting Oracle endpoints only. 

Resolution

The issue is resolved in Qlik Replicate 2022.11 SP05 (2022.11.0.628) and can be downloaded from https://files.qlik.com/url/qr2022110628sp05. Contact support if the link is not accessible.

If you have applied the workaround (see below) previously, then disable the workaround after the upgrade and before you resume your tasks.

 

Workaround:

  1. Open the Source Endpoint Settings:
    1. Navigate to Advanced
    2. Open Internal Parameters
  2. Uncheck this parameter supportResetLog.
  3. Start the tasks with timestamp or reload the tasks.

  • Qlik Replicate Version 2022.11.0.475
  • Qlik Replicate Version 2022.11.0.546
