Qlik Sense Desktop uses the following ports for the Service Dispatcher, which controls nearly all aspects of Qlik Sense Desktop. The Ports and Config information are all listed within the Services.conf file: C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense.
Ports that need to be opened include:

DataPrepPort=9072
NPrintingPort=9073
MigrationPort=9074
CapabilityPort=9075
EnginePort=9076
ConverterPort=9077
AboutPort=9078
WESPort=9034
PrecedentPort=9054
NLBrokerPort=9055
NLParserPort=9056
The best way is to fully disable the local Windows Firewall. If not possible, go to the Advanced Firewall section on the local computer, allow the following ports for both inbound and outbound. Create two separate rules, one for 4848 and one for 9000-9099.
