Qlik Sense: Issue Saving Layout using 'CreateBookmarkEx' method

When creating a bookmark using "CreateBookmarkEx" method, the layout is not saved.
But,  if from the hub, "Save Layout" is turned on when creating bookmark, then Apply Bookmark will include the saved layout .

Example: 

1. From the attached app "CreateBookmarkEx.qvf ", select A from Dim1, then move Dim3 to  column1 (see result below)
2. Create/Save a bookmark (remember to turned on the "Save Layout" button) 
3. Close and Open the app again
4. Apply the created bookmark = > notice that the saved layout is applied

However, if you do the same process (as above) using the "createBookmarkEx" button (see below), the selections will be applied but not the layout i.e. Dim3 will return to column3
