Qlik Sense Operations Monitor fails with Error: I/O error governance_time_range_ops Execution Failed

The Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Operations Monitor fails to reload with:

Error: I/O error governance_time_range_ops_

Error: I/O error  governance_time_range_ops_7.16.0.qvd
      20220328T110552.486-0400      Execution Failed
      20220328T110552.488-0400      Execution finished.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the log folder including the .qvds generated by the monitoring applications
   
   Default: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\
   
   
2. Locate governance_time_range_ops_7.16.0.qvd
   
   
3. Rename the file to governance_time_range_ops_7.16.0.old
   
   
4. Execute the Operation Monitor Task to create a new file.

To add: Even performing the above activity it runs fine for a day and again it fails with same error!
