Qlik Sense and QlikView Version 12 logs record their timestamps in ISO 8601 format,

Time zones in ISO 8601 are represented as local time (with the location unspecified), as UTC, or as an offset from UTC.

Timestamp format in YYYYMMDDThhmmss.fffK, where:

YYYY: Year
MM: Month
DD: Day in month
T: Delimiter
hh: Hour
mm: Minutes
ss: Seconds
fff: Milliseconds
K: Time zone offset

For example, 20110805T145657.000+02:00 means year 2011, month 8, day 5 at 14:56:57 GMT+2.

NOTE: If Windows Time Zone is different than UTC, try to restart services and this "+02:00" will be changed and pick up the Windows Time Zone instead UTC.
IMPORTANT: To avoid confusion, the whole string "20110805T145657.000+02:00" represents UTC. First part of it without Time Zone Offset(20110805T145657.000) represents Local Server Time.
