Accessing the Qlik Sense hub leads to:

An error occurred
Error requesting "https://SERVERNAME:4242/qrs/license/" - Error: read ECONNRESET

In the Licenses logs (C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\licenses),  the following error is printed:

Resolution

Verify if your environment has a working internet connection to the license backend and that all required ports are enabled. See Qlik Sense Ports.

If all ports are open and internet connectivity is confirmed, verify that you are using a supported TLS version. See Supported TLS and SSL Protocols and Ciphers for details.
