Qlik Sense: unable to move sheets with the mouse in app overview on hybrid devices

Re-arranging/re-ordering app sheets using the mouse is not working. This issue happens in devices that have both touch and mouse gestures enabled (hybrid).

Environments:

• Qlik Cloud 
• Qlik Sense Business 
• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, any

Resolution:

From the help site for SaaS and Client-Managed versions of Qlik Sense

Do one of the following:

• Turn touch device support off in the global menu ().
• Hold the mouse button pressed for a while before moving the slide.
• Alternatively, use the touch screen instead and move the item by long-touch and drag.
