Problem Description An issue is encountered during the installation. Where can you find the log of the installation?
Problem root cause  
Solution or Workaround

On Windows, the log files generated during the installation can be found in:

  • C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp

On Linux, they're in:

  • /tmp/

The log name is similar to: bitrock_installer_XXXX.log
