Question
Why do I get a connection refused error when embedding Blendr in an iFrame? You may get the refusal to connect message in your iFrame, and a 302 status code in your developer tools > Network tab.
Answer
For security reasons, Blendr now requires you to configure frame ancestors for your Hub. These will let us know in which websites Blendr can safely be embedded and we'll run a cross-check to check that no one is trying to embed us in another website.
You can configure Frame Ancestors by navigating to My Hub > How To Embed and by scrolling down to Frame Ancestors. You'll need to add one URL per line if you embed Blendr in multiple sites (e.g. staging and production sites).
More information around frame ancestors can be found here.
If no frame ancestors are configured, or if you're trying to embed Blendr in another page than the configured ancestors, you'll get a connection refused error.
