As part of our ongoing SaaS product roadmap, we are excited to announce the launch of Qlik Sense Business, our newest SaaS offering designed to help groups and teams collaborate on analytics and make faster data-driven decisions.
Is this the same as Qlik Sense Cloud Business?
No, and it’s not just a name change, either. Qlik Sense Business is a new, enhanced offering with more capabilities that groups and teams can use to build and share apps for greater discoveries. Qlik Sense Business runs on Qlik Cloud Services, our cloud-native, Kubernetes-based SaaS platform that also hosts Qlik Sense Enterprise. Qlik Sense Business users will now benefit from the same speed, performance, and availability as our enterprise SaaS users. Additionally, Qlik Sense Business also shares the same enhanced and redesigned user interface, cloud hub, and management console as Qlik Sense Enterprise on Qlik Cloud Services.
Qlik Sense Business users benefit from:
• Full Qlik Sense analytics capabilities, including the Associative Engine • All of Qlik’s latest augmented intelligence capabilities, including insight suggestions • Drag-and-drop app creation and fully interactive apps • A personal space to create your own content and share with anyone you wish • Five shared spaces where your team members can do-develop and share apps • Direct data connectivity to over 40 data sources • Automated data refreshes
The global roll out of Qlik Sense Business is underway. Be one of the first by to start your 30-day trial now. You will be able to create your tenant in minutes, and begin creating and sharing apps immediately – all without any downloads or installations.
Currently a Qlik Sense Cloud Business user?
Stay tuned for upcoming details next months. We’ll tell you how you can migrate from Qlik Sense Cloud Business and subscribe to Qlik Sense Business. You’ll also be eligible for a limited-time offer savings when you migrate your existing cloud subscription.
I have been getting this error often while working in Qlik Business. Can anyone advise if there is a solution. I have moved 2 of my users to test and they are getting the same error.
Hi, we've been testing QSB for some time now. Apart from some the already mentioned 'service unavailable issue' performance looks really good!
There is one issue though that will be a huge problem for us as for our customers, especially when you’re migrating from Qlik Sense Cloud Business: only the app creator (owner) has access to the data load editor.
Not only will this cause continuity issues when the creator is not available, it makes it highly impossible to develop an app with more than one user. Why not give a user that has ‘is admin’ rights for a space access to the data load editor? The only solution at this point is to share passwords and that is the last thing we want…

Agree. I have raised this same point before. Not only this but only the owner can reload the App. Can be essential when month end work is being done
Why not allow other users with isAdmin rights to at least have reload permission
Another issue is that (unlike QSCB) there is no information on who is using an App. Why not have the full details as part of the three dots. And also a full record per user of how much time each user is spending using Qlik. and on what Apps
Please guys, is there an answer to this below question. It represents an important feature to QS Business for customers. Did someone managed this or find a workaround?
==> How can we export a table in load step (so to automatize with load refreshes) to an ftp (or email,...)
Kind Regards,
Hello,
I am also very interested to know if this function can be available. How is it possible to automatize data export from QS Business (to ftp, email, onedrive,...)?
@harm_dataspark@robert99 Currently at the Qlik Partner day they are telling that the Qlik Sense Business Version has Admin, View and Edit roles. You should be able to give someone else the Edit role and they should be able to edit and reload both. Can you check this?
