We are having a problem with a Qlik load/reload issue. We have a data file that originates in Excel, is then automatically moved to our OneDrive repository which we then have established a connection.
From the OneDrive repository we load the file into one of our Qlik apps. There are times when this load does not work. When this happens, the automatic load stops and then we have to manually intervene. But, there does not seem to be any alerts thrown when the error occurs. We would like to get some assistance to diagnose the issue and see if there is a way to rectify.

I thought this was supposed to be Qlik support. I don't really understand why I have to cross post the same question in 3 different places. I was really just looking to try and engage some consulting support.
