Github Authentication with OAuth App Access Restrictions

I'm attempting to use a Github block (Create Or Update File Content) in an automation, but my Github organization has OAuth App access restrictions enabled. I am able to set up the connection via the login prompt when creating the block connection, but I keep getting the error pictured below whenever it hits any of the Github blocks:

I am unable to locate a Qlik Application Automation app in the Github marketplace to install and provide permissions. Is there a way to properly set up the Github block connection, or do I need to manually set up an authentication workflow with HTTP blocks?

Did you try requesting access to the restricted app as mentioned in the below article?
