Hello folks! I'm having an issue with generating a report in prod. Hope I could get some insight

So we have two environments - local and prod and a particular report is showing a "pdf printer not found" error. I've tried individually removing sheet objects to figure if one/more objects are the issue but even with removing all - facing the same error. Any thoughts?

Please do the following so the community here can better understand the issue.

What are the exact steps to reproduce the specific error you are seeing.

Provide steps and snapshots along with a copy of your template if Qlik Reporting or downloaded json file if it is an automation.

Check the app that is used as your default Windows OS pdf tool/browser.

Then make sure that tool is working normally or try a different PDF tool such as chrome, firefox, edge browsers.
