Loops and Number of Runs

Hello guys! If I am looping over a List Values of Field, and manually pressed run on the Qlik Application Automation, is the number of runs equivalent to the number of items in the field? 

My main question is: what counts as a run in Qlik Application Automation?

“Automation Run” means one execution of an Automation (manual run, test run, scheduled run, triggered run or webhook run).
