QlikView May 2023 & QVF

Hi Guys.

i patched our QlikView server last week - May 2023. i've deployed a new dashboard (witch QlikView has saved as a qvf)

no one from  the section access table (i.e. users not ADMIN) can access it? I have cals assigned (dynamic assingment) and the link to the section access table in the hiddent script is fine.

any ideas? Security on the server is set to NTFS as is always has been. Note that all other dashboards (QVW's) are accessible with no issue.

what have i dont wrong/what am i missing?
