First automaton - pdf reports has repeated duplicate pages

Hi all,

So I've began working on my first automation. 

The scope is to take a chart from an App (CH189) - there are a variety of different "routes" and each route needs to be emailed their respective version of the report.

I have it all working, well, except from one minor issue. The pdf outputs have the same chart repeated multiple times! 

Here is my flow - and comments as to what I believe it's doing:

Can anyone advise what step might be causing it? I presume it's related to my loop, but I don't know which one, and not sure how to debug.

Got it, I had to move the "Add Chart to Report", above the loop.
