Not always being able to use the lookup function in a selection block in Qlik Automate

Dear community,

I have been having trouble with the lookup function in Qlik Automate. My customer wants to be able to make a report based on different customers and wants to use the lookup function to select the name of the customer. When we try to lookup a customer name we sometimes get the : An error occurred querying this endpoint. Sometimes the functionality does work, not sure about percentages.

I have been using the raw input but this is not ideal for my customer. Are there other workarounds for this problem? 

Is this a bug that is known?

Hi @Berthil 

Are there any values for that field in the app, and did you refresh the browser?
What happens if you recreate some of these blocks, does the error occur?

Hi Shai_E,

Yes, there are values containing text representing the customer name. To fix it i tried to select a different field without spaces or other symbols (%DebiteurName%). This didn't fix it 100% but it seems to work sometimes. This error occurs in 2 separate automations.

Open a support case for this with an export of the app with its data and the automation workspace
