Yes, you could use the Call Automation block to start another automation after your first one is done, and then add conditions to call different ones depending on the outcome of the first one etc.

To use the Call Automation block you need to be the owner of that block though, otherwise you can still start it with a Call URL block and adding some Change owner of Automation blocks.

Hi @mahrholt

Call Automation block in the first automation does trigger the second automation, but the issue is if the call automation triggers at 3hr 30 min ,the second automation runs for another 1 hour, the first automation times out when it reaches 4 hr and I noticed it finishes only the second one completes, but in this case  timeout error occurs at 4hr, so is there any way to stop the first automation just after the call automation block triggers the second automation?

Could you help with this?

Thanks,

Keer

Hi @Keerthi1234,

Change the Start block of your second automation to Webhook and set it to run at the end of your first automation:

Hi @marksouzacosta

Thank for the response! This works fine but there is an issue where even if the first automation is successful or failed, the second automation is triggered but that should not ideally happen right ,only if the first automation is successful the second one should be triggered.

Can you help me with this scenario?

Thanks,

Keer
