Authentication Rule

Hi,

Currently we have 3 tenants in cloud. US, EU, SG. A user in EU could automatically access the EU tenant platform but the same user had to enter his credentials in order to use our US tenant. Is this difference due to tenant differences?

Hi @SamRD,

 

Can you share more details? The user needs to enter the credentials for a tenant during every login if the tenant is different.
