How Masterplan interact with Qlickview forecast - product visible in masterplan, but not Qlickview Forecast

Hello! 

Do you know what is needed to get one product from masterdata to also be visible in Qlickview forecast? There is some new products coming to the market, and I need to add forecast/prognose to these products. But when I add prognose for these products in XL forecast, it is not visible in Qlickview the next day. 

Is there some basic data missing here? What is the solution?

Would need to understand the Data model and ETL. I may be as simple as the forecast doesn't update daily or could be more.
