Installing QLIK DATA ACCESS Gateway

I am trying to install the Data Access Gateway on a 2019 Windows Datacenter Server. However, despite having all the .NET requirements, it remains in a loop, everytime asking to install .Net or Repair .Net installation.

What would cause the installation to be in this loop?

Yes you should have local administrator access to the server to install this enterprise scale software.

Also make sure the file is 'unblocked'

Also you will need to carefully follow these instructions from end to end (included ports and ensuring you have a dedicated server that you are installing the Data Gateway onto).
