Qliksense SaaS configuration, governance best practices (use of spaces, roles, folder setup)

Dear all,

Good Day !!
In our organization we have recently started use of Qliksense SaaS. We have already introduced this to users/developers/stakeholders in company and many of them has shown interest in using. 
Now, as a plaform owners of qliksense saas, we need to define proper governance of overall activities that can be done on Qliksense SaaS. For example: Space, Roles, Folders, extraction.
You must be existing customers who already using it. We would like to know how are they doing it ? This is completely new and on internet we only get theoretical information and we are not able to find proper way of doing it practically (Space/Role/User management, layers management (Extraction, Data model, end spp - where to place ? etc)
Could you please be so kind to guide us further on this would be really helpful.

Hello,

I have a question how can i add a data connexion  role with qlik cloud, i need a profile where the user can create application in a shared space but consume only the data available in the space, the user has no access to DC creation 

i need to know how to parameter this role with cloud
