I encountered some technical issues while connecting MongoDB with Qlik Sense.
I’m sure that I didn’t input the wrong username, password, or other information, but I’m still unable to connect.
I tested the connection status of MongoDB and it showed as normal. Additionally, I was also able to successfully connect using MongoDB Compass.
I was able to successfully connect on March 8th, but since then I have tried multiple times and have received the same error message.
How can I resolve this issue?
Are you using Qlik Data Gateway Direct Access or connecting directly to MongoDB Atlas? Is your MongoDB accepting inbound connections from Qlik Cloud?
I use Data Manager in Analytics Services to connect to MongoDB, and MongoDB accepts inbound connections from Qlik Cloud.

As per the error I would that say some setting from the connection is not the proper one.
Can you connect using Mongo Compass?
There is no problem connecting using Mongo Compass.
I also tried testing the connection to MongoDB with telnet, and the result was normal.

I am on free trial - my company is evaluating the product.
Contacted chat - they do not know to solve this, keep giving me links to pages I read already.
What can be done?
What error are you getting?
Are you connecting to MongoDB Atlas or to on-prem MongoDB?
