Lookup values not populating?

Hi, all!

I have a lookup table which is used to populate two columns in my CustomerShipAddress table (latitude and longitude). Up until a few weeks ago, it seemed to work fine; the script to geocode new addresses was run weekly and we hadn't encountered any issues.

Now it doesn't appear to write the values when running the CDC task. For this customer, the correct lat-lon exists in the lookup table:

Compose even sees it when I preview the lookup:

But after running the data load task, the values are still missing:

Anyone dealt with this before? I was able to get the values pushed through by running a full load, but I'm not sure why that would be the case now when it wasn't before.

Please check below point as mentioned in the user guide

If the issue is not related to the above point then i would request you to open a case by atatching all the details along with Diagnostic Package.
