Stitch Jira Integration - Get forms data

Good day, 

For the stich jira integration, we would like to have acces to form data.

What is your business use case that requires this enhancement?

This would allow us to feed jira tickets into our ERP integration, automatically treating these requests.

Briefly describe the product enhancement you are requesting.

We would need access to a new stream named "forms", which would be associated to an issue and would give us a list of key and the associated value.

What projects and timelines would be impacted if this feature were not implemented? Please provide as much detail as possible.

This would be need for us by february 1st.
