Loading the lastest file

Hello everybody ,

Could you help me ?

I have a folder with the following files:

20141201 - Control.csv

20141202 - Control.csv

20141204 - Control.csv

20141205 - Control.csv

20141206 - Control.csv

20141208 - Control.csv

I would like to uploaod the last files.

If we are today and the last file is 20141208 -Control.csv we uploaded this file.

And if we are today and the last file is to date not today we uploaded the most recent file.(20141206 - Control.csv)

sorry to my approximative english.
