Dear Experts,
One of our Qlik environments is down. We are getting the "This site can’t be reached, refused to connect." error for both Hub and QMC.
Please note: Didn't do any upgrades to the environment. It was working fine one day and It just started throwing that error the next day.
I have followed this process "https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-recreate-or-just-delete-certificates-...", but it didn't work. I was wondering if someone could shed some light into what I can do to fix this issue.
I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

1. confirm that you deleted the old certificates prior to the creation of the new ones. (per the article ).
