Failed to send QVX_TERMINATE to process 10328 (reason 991)

Hello everyone,

I hope to check if anyone also have met with this error in Qlik Engine System Log? 

"Failed to send QVX_TERMINATE to process 10328 (reason 991)"

Because of this error our reload task will fail. The server needs the Administrator always log in the system to manuel trigger the reload.

We have already turned all security software off from the server... 

Thanks in advance for any hint or advise.

Hello there,

I assume that our problem is a security policy in the higher level which has limitet the Qlik Service User from calling the SAP Connector. 

But I still don't how can I solve this. 

Any feedback or hint will be very welcomed. Thanks a lot.

Hello there,

it has been one month and we are still waiting for a solution. This happens after we upgrade the Qlik to Juni 2020 Version. Could it be with the version related issue?
