Hello Sundeep,

i tested for 2min and it is not working, i am checking with R&D and keep you posted.

Look like the lowest is 5 minutes.

try to set for 6 minutes, notes that you would need to restart the Enterprise service for this to works.

@skokanay

- no update from R&D ,

- when you stated timeout is not working, did you try to set for 6min and restart start the service, what do you get or what QEM is doing ?

Yes, I tried for all the intervals i.e 5 mins , 6 mins , 10 mins , 20 mins , 30 mins etc.. and hence i mentioned its not working. I suggest to please talk to the R&D and  get this tested in you lab environment appropriately.

we are discussing this case with our assigned Qlik customer success engineer .. Jijo James .  For now kindly check with the Qlik lab support (professional services) / R&D and provide the evidence if the user timeout option is working in QEM ?

we have installed the May2021  of QEM and found the user timeout settings is not working(It means afte trying all the possible options mentioned in the qlik user guide/ community).. we followed the respective user guide and notified the Qlik CSE on the same. Hope its clarified.  If it still not clear please reach to CSE Jijo James <Jijo.James@qlik.com>
