Task entering a Recovery mode without getting out of it

Hello,

Actually we have a problem with some tasks, they enter in a recovery mode without getting out of it.

When we stop the task we see a non recoverable error.

Normally the task should be stopped when it encounter a non recoverable error and we should receive an email when it happens, so we can react and restart it. 

when it enters the recovery mode the replication is stopped and we are not notified. it's a big problem for us. since we are replicating production data.

Can you help us in this case.

1. check the recovery option in the task.

2. check your notification 

3. check to see if you can send to windows events as well.

4. set notification on any task stop.
