hey Guyz,

i need to calculate the AVERAGE WAITING TIME  in a chart but is shows me the MAXIMUM i used

interval(avg({<[ending time]={">00:00:00"},

                     Status={'MANAGER RESPONDED-OK','MANAGER RESPONDED REJECTED'},

                     branch={'same'}

                    >

                 }[WAITING TIME]))

ANYTHING WRONG IN THE SET ANALYSIS PLEASE HELP

The syntax looks correct. Can you post a document that demonstrates the problem?
