Calculated Dimension using IF statement with variable and ignoring particular selection

I had a Table with AD titles and the category .The Ads are categorized under category like Ads are related to Food, Drinks, Banks.

Now if i select one particular Ad i want to see all the Ad Title corresponding to the same category.
