Can a qlikview application created in qlikview desktop version can be opened in tabled and smartphones ?? If yes then how ??

You need to have QV server for this Nikhil.

You need to share your application with your business users via QV Server, and then they can access it through access point by usingr the browsers on their mobile devices.
