QMC Time is Off by 15 Minutes

The tasks are firing about 15 minutes behind the time that is displayed in Windows.  Does anyone know how to remedy this problem?

If you have a Publisher license, you get an option to delay the execution by some seconds using Pause Option.

Have you configured some thing similar for this task?

This option appears under Supporting Task.
