I have created Qlikview Application in American English. After publishing the application in server, if the user tries in japanese or chinese language, will be the application working?
The application will work, but data values and labels will not be automatically translated. The developer is responsible for making implementing multi language support in the qlikview application. See this blog post: Handling Multiple Languages
