webticket returns access denied


Hi i am implementing access through webticketing . I have addedd my ip to the trusted list .

I use this url to generate a ticket

http://servername/QvAjaxZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx?cmd=<Global method='GetWebTicket'><UserId>user</UserId></Global>

The user has been added from the server . When i login to the server i am able to view all the alloted files but when i use the ticket to access my files i get

"Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator!"
