I am trying to update the report (Excel Format) using the designed, but I am getting the following error message
HTTP call error sending request https://ktmc-demo.eastus.cloudapp.azure.com:4993/login, method POST. Http status code 429 (429)
I have rebooted the server,but that didn't solve the issue.
Any guidance is much appreciated

It appears to be a use cache issue. When I reinstalled the software, I created a different password for the admin. Once I updated to the original password, I am no longer receiving that error message.

Looking at the log file for the web engine, I am seeing invalid credentials. I am signed into the web app, so why is the error message?
