Bug - Picture Display on iOS

Hi,

We embed some pictures in mails using Nprinting

...

<img src="cid:IMG_00001" alt="SH55">

...

When we open this Emails on Iphone or Ipad , sometimes the picture of another email (opened previously) is displayed.

No problem on Outlook ...

Did someone  met this issue before ?

I opened a ticket with Apple and also contacted their support team.

other then clearing the cache (which I can’t ask my managment team to do after every email) I heard nothing.

Hi @Frank_S 

I think your document describes different issue relating more to CSS formatting. My understanding of this issue was that image embedded in email is replaced by different image generated in one of previous email. This i believe appears when we use a reference to the same image source name which in case of NPrinting is a standard
