Hi everyone,
In my company's server, I installed Qlik Nprinting Server june 2019, Engine June 2019 and Designer June 2019 with Qlik Sense Server June 2019 in an other machine. Everything is done without any problem until i wanted to generate a report. I get this error (you can see it in the joint image). However, it's possible to extract tables with designer but not images.
Does anyone have a solution for this ? Thank you.
PS: I installed Nprinting before so I am sure about all the installation steps and configurations
Did you do some google research? Below links are describing different versions of Qlik Sense and Nprinting configuration.
maybe you will need to log a support case...

Thank you for your reply. Actually I already tried all three articles that you mentionned. And still doesn't work.
Please check the following points in this end to end troubleshooting guide. In most cases, this error is due to a configuration issue with the Qlik Sense hub ie: a 'prefix' used that needs to be included in your NPrinting Proxy address path, use of http rather than https or possibly one of the other items described in the article.

If you still encounter the error after checking all the points in the article, please do start a support case.
Kind regards...
Thanks Frank for the response,
Actually , I saw this article before and it didn't help. I am thinking that the problem is due to some bad configuration in domain user because i installed Qlik Sense Server and Qlik Nprinting in other servers and it works. I am also going to try Qlik Nprinting September 2019 soon to see if it will resolve the problem.
Sounds good.
Keep in mind however that the article I suggested is a 'living' article and I have added additional solutions very recently...so it might be worth having a second look.
best...
