Can't Parse Completad as TaskExecutionStatus

Good Day experts

Does anyone know the reason for this log entry? A few days ago we were able to generate the report and send it to one recipient, file size 10MB.

Today it is not working anymore? We haven't done any changes. Any ideas? Thank you!

HI @TomBond77

There is not enough information for us to give you advice.

We would need to know basic things are all checked first:

  • all required services are running
  • Qlik NPrinting engin service is running and is "online" in admin console
  • you are not running any other software on NPrinting server and server meets all requirements as per https://help.qlik.com
  • are you able to run any other reports?
  • "Completad" suggest you are using spanish as a language - is that a case?

Personally I did not see such error before, but the fact that report is no longer working indicates to me that "something has changed" (you may just not be aware of it yet)

cheers

Hi,

Version 24.4.19 is February 2024 SR4 not IR, BTW I suggest to open a support ticket including including, if possible, a backup of the repository and the complete log files. I have the suspect that there is a field filled wrongly.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
