Qlik NPrinting

Hello,
At a customer's we want to upgrade Qlikview (November 2018 -> May 2022) and Nprinting (February 2019 SR1 -> May 2022).
We want to start with Qlikview and then after the non-regression tests upgrade Nprinting.

For a few weeks we will have Qlikview May 2022 with NPrinting February 2019.

Is NPrinting February 2019 compatible with QlikView May 2022?

Unfortunately it is not. NPrinting 2019 is compatible up to and including the QlikView 12.4 track.

NPrinting 2019 is compatible up to and including the QlikView 12.4 track.

The following versions of QlikView are supported for connection with Qlik NPrinting. Note that your Qlik NPrinting version must be equal to or higher than your QlikView version:

• QlikView 11.20 SR15 or higher
• QlikView November 2017 (12.20) or higher
• QlikView November 2018 (12.30) SR1 or higher
• QlikView April 2019 (12.40) or higher

To be abundantly clear 'or higher' implicitly asserts 'or higher in the same product version track'

@Diane like Frank said its not supported...while it 'may' work we have no idea if it actually will and won't be able to support it, best of luck!!
