Error on Saving/Previewing NPrinting PPT Template

Hi All,

I have Windows 2012 Server.. My Client all of a sudden has started giving me this error whenever I try to Save or Preview Power Point report...  Please advise.. as IT was working fine... Do I need to update any configuration?  My NPrinting Server is also running here.

does it happen on all machines that have NPrinting desiger?

Is it just PowerPoint or doe you get the same error when using other Microsoft office tmeplates such as word or Excel?
