Irregular scheduling by date and catalog name

Hi, I'd like to create an irregular mailing in Qlik Nprinting, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

Specifically, we have a catalog report and we want Qlik Nprinting to send catalogs that have ended.
The catalog names and endings are well-known, but irregular.

For example,
05/07/2025 25C271
16/07/2025 25C292
26/07/2025 25C311

I came up with the idea of having Qlik Nprinting send daily, but also check the condition to see if the shipment is being sent today. This would allow the shipment to be sent one day after the catalog's end date.

I just don't know how and where to enter the information to send only for example catalog 25C271, but not the others.

My version is Qlik Nprinting Febuary 2024 SR3 version 24.4.14.0

forget NPrinting and just tell us what is the rule to only send 25C271? Why are we sending that one and not others. It is not about NPrinting, it is about definingt the rules and conditions.
