Hello community,
Yesterday we did the upgrade from NP April 2019 to November 2019. All works great with NP server and engine, but the On demand Add On doesn't work.
So we uninstall the NP November 2019 On demand Add On from the Qlikview Web Server and installed the previous version, April 2019. After that On Demand works again.
Can anyone help us find why this happens?

Which browser is in use?
Is this issue occurring for all users or just a few users?
Please enable the developer tools using chrome and create a HAR file. PM me the HAR file and I will have a look.

There are no known issues regarding On Demand for QlikView in the Nov. release but thats not to say you haven't encountered a problem.
If you can reproduce the issue in a test environment and send me the HAR file that would be ideal...thanks!
