Issues opening reports in the template editor - Nprinting
Hi
Recently having issues opening files in the template editor we're using the following config:
Nprinting - version 16.4
MS Office 2013 Professional Plus
Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
It happens with all types of template we've tested word, excel, power point for new and existing templates. When we try to edit or create a new one in the template editor it just crashes straightaway and asks if we wish to send an error report.
