Hi Team,
Recently we bought the license 'Qlik NPrintging' and installed the Nprinting server and engine as per provided document. We had established connections and setup the email configuration. we mapped qlikview documents and tested some scheduled reports, those are working fine till yesterday.
Qlik nprinting version : May 2021 SR3 version: 21.14.7.0
Today when I login with my admin credentials with the url (https://etbi:4993) I couldn't find any menu tool bars on top of window and existing reports are also not appearing on page. please see the below screen shot for your reference.
and also attached log files for your reference. please provide the solution as early as possible.
Hi @KHRao
This generally means that the NPrinting Account that you logged in with does not have access or has been added to any specific NPrinting Security 'roles'.
Therefore the account you are actually logging in with may not be a member of the Administrators role.
To resolve this, log into NPrinting web console with the email address and password that you first installed NPrinting with.
Then you should see all administrative option available again.
Next, go to Admin>Users, find the user account you want to make an 'Administrator' and click 'Roles' for that user, then add the 'Administrator' role for that user. You should be then be able to log in as that user and then see all the applicable administrative role features. Follow the link below for the detailed steps.
Kind regards...
