Kindly support .

Please provide the steps to replicate your issue. At the moment we know that you are getting unexpected results, but we dont even know what you are doing - hence cannot comment on what possibly you are doing wrong.

  • How are you adding those those tables?
  • What template are you using?
  • Are there any task, report, user or object filters used
  • Is there section access
  • Are both tables coming from the same nprinting connection
  • Providing screenshots of your template would help understand the setup

Please provide as many details as possible to replicate the issue and then I am pretty sure we will find solution.

thanks

Lech

Hi Lech,

Thank you for your response!

Steps involved are:

1. Created one Connection.

2. Created three filters (fields are coming directly from data source).

3. Created report and included the above filters.

4. Designed Template.

Below are the requested details:

How are you adding those those tables? >> using object ID's under image section in template.
What template are you using? >> Table and bar chart
Are there any task, report, user or object filters used>>  report & filter are used.
Is there section access > No section access is involved
Are both tables coming from the same nprinting connection. >>Yes

In Qliksense application all the tables and bar chart are present in one sheet and as per the requirement we want all these objects to be present in single word document.

We are facing issue (missing/incomplete records) when we are adding more than two tables and then generating word document.

Neha

Hi Sorry - It is still hard to say what you are doing.. when I thought about steps to replicate i thought about explanation like the one I have given for example in this topic: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/Chart-Legend-containing-Date-has-different-...

Now info we know so far:

  • Template - Word
  • Objects used - Images (which is likely why they only show what is visible in frame)

Regardless - since you are using image it is possible that your image will only show records which are visible in the table. Whatever is hidden behind scrollbar will not be shown:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Qlik-objects-supp...

When you say that your records are incomplete - what do you mean? Do you mean that image is cropped and scrollbars are visible (which is normal since you are using images) or whole object is visible (no scroll bars) and plenty room but records are excluded from selection?

If your table has fairly steady number of columns and rows you may need to tweak the way you control its dimensions as documented in help here:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Image-Dimension-M...
